1962 acquired by Powell Duffryn plc
1990 acquired Industramar (Schilling rudders)
1993 acquired Svanehøj International A/S
1997 acquired vacuum collection technology from Jered Brown Bros.
1998 Chinese assembly facility opened in Suzhou
2000 Powell Duffryn plc acquired by Nikko Principal Investments
2001 new Suzhou assembly facility
2003 sold compressor, rudder and district heating businesses
2004 floated on LSE’s Alternative Investment Market on 20th July
2006 acquired Serck Como Gmbh
